The transfer of technical skills to staff from historically disadvantaged communities is a priority objective in the practice.

A combination of on-site learning, in-house theory sessions and attending SAIRAC workshops, where employees learn new skills and how to use them in an iterative process.

Workplace-based learning, where theory is applied in the workplace and embedded into the normal way of work in the tasks they perform on a day-to-day basis.
Mentorship from highly experienced senior members on a one on one and group mentoring basis. This is carried out on a regular basis in form of formal and informal sessions.
SOCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS
We believe in the upliftment of vulnerable children in our country, who are our future. We provide schooling to 3 pupils at LIV Village on an annual basis and we regularly make financial donations to and support the following beneficiaries:
